Nazzal Business Systems is an independent software studio operated by Ahmad Nazzal in Amman, Jordan. NBS is currently a brand/studio operated by Ahmad, not presented here as a registered Jordanian company, LLC, or organization with public office premises or employed staff.

Information collected through the inquiry form
When you use the contact form, we may receive: your name, business/organization name (optional), email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), selected system interest, message text, and the website locale used when submitting.
A hidden anti-spam field may be processed server-side and is not used for marketing. Payment card details are not collected through this website.
Purpose of processing
Inquiry details are used only to review your message and respond personally, for example to discuss demos, scope, next steps, or a quotation conversation.
They are not used for automated marketing lists or third-party advertising.
Consent and withdrawal
By submitting the form and confirming consent, you ask that the provided details be used to reply to your inquiry.
You may withdraw consent or ask us to stop using inquiry details for follow-up by emailing nazzall.ahmed@gmail.com. Where Jordan’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 24 of 2023 applies, personal data is handled for clear purposes and only as needed to respond or operate the website.
Data minimization
Only fields needed to understand and answer an inquiry are requested. Optional fields can be left blank.
Storage and retention
Inquiry messages are delivered by email and may be kept in mailbox or related operational records for as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation and keep a practical business record.
When the information is no longer needed for that purpose, it is deleted or reduced where feasible. There is no separate long-term marketing database on this website.
Email delivery and hosting providers
Contact form delivery uses Resend as the email-delivery provider when configured.
The website is hosted on Vercel (or another hosting provider configured for deployment). Hosting infrastructure may process technical data required to serve the site (for example IP addresses in server logs).
These providers process data for limited operational purposes and are not authorized to sell inquiry details.
No sale of personal information
Personal information collected through this website is not sold.
Security limitations
Reasonable technical and organizational steps are taken to protect information in transit and in email handling. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Access, correction, deletion, and objection
